Store Policies (Terms, Returns, Refunds & Copyrights)

Terms:

By ordering from our online store, customers agree to receive products in a frozen state and commit to store the delivered frozen items immediately at 0°F (-18°C). Failure to do so may void responsibility for product quality issues.

  • Products are sold as frozen and must be stored below 0°F (-18°C) immediately within 1 hour of delivery.
  • Payment must be completed online before dispatch.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after processing. All products are final sale unless a delivery error or damage is reported within 1 hour (with photographic evidence).
  • The company is not liable for product quality if storage instructions are not followed.
  • Any dispute will be governed by the laws of India. 

Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we do not accept returns. If you receive the wrong product or it arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our support within 1 hour of delivery with a photo as evidence. 

Refunds:

Due to food safety standards, all frozen product sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the delivered product is incorrect or damaged. Requests must be lodged within 1 hour of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank.

Pictures & Colors

Hexagram Insight has made every effort to display the products and its colors on the platform as accurately as possible. Hexagram Insight does not guarantee nor take responsibility for variations in pictorial representations for our foods and color variation due to technical reasons.

No Customer is authorized to frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) on the platform without express written consent of Hexagram Insight / Vishnu Bhavan. Any unauthorized use automatically terminates the permission granted by Hexagram Insight.

Copyright & Trademark Rights

The Customer acknowledges that access to this platform does not confer and shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone any license under any of Vishnu Bhavan's or any third party's intellectual property rights. Vishnu Bhavan expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content, and other materials, which appear on the Platform. All rights, including copyright, on this platform is owned by Vishnu Bhavan. Any use of this platform or its contents, including copying or storing it either in whole or part, is prohibited without the permission of Vishnu Bhavan.. The names and logos and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Vishnu Bhavan.
