Terms
By ordering from our online store vishnubhavan.com, customers agree to receive products in a frozen state and commit to storing the delivered frozen items immediately at -18°C (0°F). Failure to do so may void responsibility for product quality issues.
- Products are sold as frozen and must be stored below -18°C (0°F) immediately within 1 hour of delivery.
- Payment must be completed online before dispatch.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after processing. All products are final sale unless a delivery error or damage is reported within 1 hour (with photographic evidence).
- The company is not liable for product quality if storage instructions are not followed.
- Any dispute will be governed by the laws of India.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we do not accept returns. If you receive the wrong product or it arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us (+91 8129 311 200 / info@vishnubhavan.com) within 1 hour of delivery with a photo as evidence.
Refunds
Due to food safety standards, all frozen product sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the delivered product is incorrect or damaged. Requests must be lodged within 1 hour of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5–7 working days depending on the issuing bank.
Offers, Discounts & Promotions
All offers, discounts, and promotions are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Offers apply only for the specified period and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated. Some offers may have eligibility criteria, minimum order value, or product/category exclusions.
Adding items to the cart does not automatically apply any offers/coupons. Offers/coupons are validated only when the user manually enters the relevant code in the discount field on the cart page and clicks the "Apply" button. The offers/coupons will be applied only upon successful validation.
Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for single use unless mentioned otherwise. If an order purchased under an offer is cancelled or returned, refunds will be processed only on the amount actually paid.
The company reserves the right to cancel orders in case of misuse or fraudulent use of offers. In case of disputes, the company's decision will be final.
Pictures & Colors
Vishnu Bhavan by Hexagram Insights has made every effort to display the products and their colours on the platform as accurately as possible. Vishnu Bhavan by Hexagram Insights does not guarantee nor take responsibility for variations in pictorial representations for our foods and colour variation due to technical reasons.
No customer is authorized to frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) on the platform without the express written consent of Vishnu Bhavan by Hexagram Insights. Any unauthorized use automatically terminates the permission granted by Vishnu Bhavan by Hexagram Insights.

The customer acknowledges that access to this platform does not confer and shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone any license under any of Vishnu Bhavan by Hexagram Insights' or any third party's intellectual property rights.

Any use of this platform or its contents, including copying or storing it either in whole or in part, is prohibited without the permission of Vishnu Bhavan by Hexagram Insights.
